FIELD: nanotechnologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanocomposite eligible for producing pneumatic diaphragms like inner tire liner of cars, trucks etc. The proposed nanocomposite comprises elastomer and nanoclay. Elastomer contained in nanocomposite represents a random copolymer of isoolefine with C4 to C7 and styrene monomer or isoolefine with C4 to C6 and multi-olefine comprising functionalised monomer link represented by group (I) suspended to elastomer E, i.e. (I) The proposed nanocomposite is produced by engagement of nanoclay, elastomer representing a random copolymer of isoolefine with C4 to C7 and styrene monomer or isoolefine with C4 to C6, engrafting promoter representing Lewis acid and, at least, one functionalising compound representing anhydrides of unsaturated carboxylic acids containing 3 to 23 carbon atoms. ^ EFFECT: nanocomposites feature improved properties of pneumatic diaphragm, namely, lower oxygen permeability. ^ 61 cl, 5 ex, 2 tbl |
