The storage compartment (2) comprises a wall and a carrier frame supporting the wall. Height of the wall is changeable sectionally by the roll shafts (24a,24b,24c,24d). The carrier frame has a receptacle device with a support. The roll shaft is positioned on the support, so that the roll shaft forms a part of the carrier frame.
