PERIPHERAL LIMB NERVES DEFECT SURGERY TECHNIQUE

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, neurosurgery. The two-stage surgery technique of tissue reinnervation is applied. The first stage in nerve defect implies microsurgical autoneuroplasty ensured by external cutaneous shin nerve. The second stage involves thoracoscopic sympathectomy at level Th3-Th4. Sympathetic trunk is approached at level of 2nd and 4th intercostal spaces by endoscopy that is followed with clipping of sympathetic trunk with two titanium clips with thoracoscopic clip-applicator. ^ EFFECT: method allows improving results of tissue innervations restoration ensured by additional sympathectomy. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex
