FIELD: advertising. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of advertisement and is intended for target advertisement taking into account assumed consumer preferences of advertisement users. Method of advertisement and/or information delivery by communication operators or Internet providers is realised in the following way. When user is connected to operator net, their autefication is performed and channel for communication with remote databases is opened. At the same time command code page with sequence of commands of advertisement content inquiry is created at operator server. After obtaining information packet from user, access command is stored and processed at operator server and introduced at the end of sequence of commands of inquiry of advertisement content of command code page. Said page of command code is sent to user. After its loading advertisement content is reproduced on terminal display means. During its viewing, user information packet, containing access command to remote resource address, is re-initiated and sent to remote databases by communication channel. ^ EFFECT: claimed is system for method realisation. ^ 13 cl, 2 dwg
