FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process. Device for angular compressing containing matrix and puncheon. Into matrix it is inserted framing with two intersecting cylindrical channels of equal cross-section. One of channels is operating and the second - exit. Puncheon is provided pushing of blank from working channel into exit. Effective area of puncheon, contacting with blank, implemented as curved. Deflection value is 0.5-3 mm. On work surface of puncheon can be implemented notching for increasing of friction between puncheon and blank. Notches depth is 10% of deflection value. ^ EFFECT: it is provided improvement of received consequently compressing of blanks and device reliability, and also increasing of metal recovery. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex |
