FIELD: tobacco products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting bayberry with liquid carbon dioxide and separating a respective miscella. The tobacco material is mixed up with a non-polar liquefied gas, extracted and shredded by relieving periodically the pressure in the extraction mixture below the extractant moist steam pressure at extraction temperature. Afterwards, miscellas and meal are separated, and respective extract is obtained from miscella. Then, the meal is suspended in an aqueous solution of acid salt of an edible polycarboxylic acid. An edible polyatomic alcohol is introduced into the suspension. After that the suspension is formed, dried to a residual humidity of 13-15% and cut. The cut material is treated with the gas-liquid tobacco extract and separated CO2 miscella with simultaneous rise of pressure. Afterwards the pressure is relieved to atmospheric one by freezing simultaneously the soaked carbon dioxide and the latter is sublimated to obtain a target product in the residue. ^ EFFECT: shortening the duration of technological process and obtaining reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptical properties. |
