Method for information provision in communication system that includes at least one channel of communication with subscriber, channel for request with subscriber and channel of reply to request includes reception of request on provision of information service from subscriber together with data on subscriber to server of request channel, processing and transfer of request on information service to web-server, transfer of reply to request on provision of information service and data on subscriber to server of reply channel, transfer of reply with server of reply channel to subscriber by one of available communication channels. Additionally server of reply channel is connected to videocamera from which server of reply channel obtains information requested and transfer of reply to subscriber by reply channel server is performed by means of provision of access to internet-page in Internet network with possibility of provision for subscriber of survey of information by request. |
