A method for paste of prebiotic effect using a mixture of powdered chickory and topinambour roots such that preparing paste mass of beef liver and lard adding 1,5% salt, spices and vegetables which are prepared by frying of bulb onion and carrot on a vegetable oil adding common beans which were soaked at a temperature of 59-60 °С for 6 hours with the following blanching in the course of 40 minutes, after comminuting the components are mixed in a cutter for 10 minutes up to obtaining a homogenous salvy consistency. The obtained mass is subjected to heat treatment in a cabinet oven at a temperature of 100-120 °С, the paste mass is cooled up to a temperature of 55-60 °С and the mixture of powdered chicory and topinambour roots with a dispersiveness of 10-10 cm is added, then packed into perga-pack and cooled up to a temperature of 0-8 °С. |
