A device for drilling deep holes contains a power head, which bears a spindle with a drill in a collet chuck, and driving elements in the form of screws with elements of rolling enclosed in drill grooves and which contact with its rear surfaces. It in addition contains a casing with helical grooves on the surface. Inside the casing and coaxially to it a drill is located which is installed by its shank in a bushing, by slot collet part fastened in the collet chuck and connected with the flange. Fingers on the external surface of flange are installed in the helical grooves of casing. The spacing and number of helical grooves of casing is equal to the spacing and number of helical grooves of the drill. The driving elements in the form of screws with ball elements of rolling are installed on a nave rigidly connected with the casing. On external surface of nave on the bearing a housing with limiting stops placed in threaded coaxial openings with possibility of adjusting axial displacement is located. A spring is installed inside the casing between the flange and nave. The invention provides increase of the reliability of the process of deep drilling, increase of the strength of drill and output of working. |
