A method for obtaining non-split joint, mostly at making net for production of paper with water marks, through electrostatic point welding of bronze net with at least one bronze strap at which between two electrodes one places parts being welded, with application of compression force to those, with stabilization of voltage on electrodes, passing heating current pulse and pulse of welding current. Non-split joint is obtained by one reach-through of electrodes, at that compression force is taken equal to 400 N ± 8 %. Number of points is determined depending on area of the strap with setting pitch between points not more than . Electric parameters are chosen in such way that pulse of welding current is laid on pulse of heating current, at that amplitude of welding current does not exceed 4.8 kA. |
