A method for automatic control of the process of drying milk in a spraying drier includes measuring the temperature of a drying agent at inlet into a drying unit and outlet therefrom, measuring the moisture content of condensed milk prior to spraying, measuring the rarefaction in a cone of the drier, regulating the temperature of the drying agent at the outlet of the drier by means of changing the consumption of the drying agent at the inlet into the drier, regulating the temperature of the drying agent at the inlet to the drying unit by means of changing the consumption of steam, regulating the rarefaction in the cone of the drying unit by means of changing the productivity of an air-exhauster. In addition, consumption of the condensed milk delivered to the drier at the level of the consumption agreed with a planned task of producing the ready product is additionally measured. The stabilization is carried out by means of changing the number of rotations of a pump for delivering the condensed milk into the drier. |
