UNIT FOR CLEANING RAW MATERIAL OF FLAX STOCK IN SET OF BREAKER-SCUTCHING DEVICE

A unit for cleaning raw material of flax stock of scutching-and-breaking machine comprises grooved breaker rollers with given profile mounted with possibility of rotation on the frame of breaking-up machine. The unit has at least three pairs of grooved breaker rollers installed with determined by calculation of groove throat depth between rollers and with possibility of rotation with constant given rate. Between breaker pairs of grooved rollers a pair of cleaning rollers of slat or steep-grooved type is installed, those are installed with possibility of control of frequency of rotation.
