发明名称 METHOD FOR ACOUSTIC CLEANING OF OUTER HEAT EXCHANGE SURFACES
摘要 The invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used in boiler-making for cleaning surfaces of heat exchange packs with removal of sedimentations and in heat-exchange engineering, in particular at ship utilization boilers with small convective volumes and ribbed heat-exchange heating surfaces of different types and in other areas. Method of acoustic cleaning of outer heat exchange surfaces in which for interaction with surface being treated one generates resonance-acoustic pulse through directing blasé waves to small convective volumes where as source of acoustic vibrations one uses pneumatic pulses generated due to compressed air with pressure 0.3…1.0 MPa and different types of output profiled nozzles. Method for acoustic cleaning includes formation of needed number of pneumatic pulses distributed uniformly in convective volume of heat exchanger for formation of resonance-acoustic effect on sedimentations and transportation of those by flow-though section of heat exchanger. Acoustic method for cleaning heat exchange packs proposed makes it possible to intensify heat transfer, to improve aerodynamical characteristic of utilization boiler. Due to absence of mechanical transfer of vibrations reliability of operation of heat exchange packs is increased. Specific parameter of effectiveness of cleaning is change of temperature of gases after heating surface being cleaned before and after operation of generators of pneumatic pulses. Depending on level of dirtying gas temperature after heating surface is decreased from 10 to 50 °C with simultaneous increase of heat takeoff.
