The invention relates to the branch of metallurgy, and more specifically to the production of pull clamps from the coils of rolled wire intended for transportation of rolled products, and it can be used at the metallurgical plants for displacement of rolled metal, including hot rolled metal, by the hoisting means. An object of proposed invention is improvement of a method of production from coils of rolled wire of a clamp for transportation of rolled products, which would make it possible to increase uniformity of tension of threads of the rolled wire of clamp and to carry out safe transportation of rolled metal due to the rearrangement of the turns of rolled wire in the coil before their separation from the coil. The set problem is solved by the fact that in the method of production from the coil of rolled wire of the clamp for transportation of rolled products, which includes separation of the turns from coil and their binding by spiral twisting ends, the rolled wire in the coil before separation is deformed by rewinding on the drum of constant diameter, and then a preset quantity of turns of rolled wire of identical diameter is separated and fastened by spiral twisting free ends. |
