Method for evaluation of acidity of gastric juices that includes sampling and preparation of sample of liquid under investigation, preparation of capillary of device for operation, injection of liquid under investigation to capillary, distribution of components of sample, reveal and registration of process on electrophoregram, processing of results of investigation and determination of anions of chlorine. At that one additionally determines concentration of sodium cations and simultaneously analyses data on content of those in saliva. |
