A method for diagnosing the circadian and stress-limiting rhythms in the patients with ischemic heart disease combined with the hypertension comprises the simultaneous diurnal monitoring of the arterial blood pressure, electrocardiogram, rheopneumogram with the assessment of the stress according to the data on the changes in the heart rate, respiration rate, systolic, diastolic and pulse arterial pressure, ischemic alteration in the electrocardiogram, hypertension and hypotension reactions, hypopnea, apnea, tachypnea at rest and in the course of the physical exercises, the psychoemotional assay. In addition, the circadiam stress-antistress activity is analyzed as the diurnal (including day and night) reaction of the subcortical structures to the centralization of the nervous processes, in particular the ratio between the increment of the index of diurnal variations of the subcortical activity and the increment of the index of diurnal changes of the centralization of the nervous processes (&Dgr;SNCA/&Dgr;IC). |
