A method of producing carbon composite rods includes tension of carbonic tows, impregnation thereof, assembling given quantity of tows and squeezing the excess of binder, drying semi-finished product, heating and molding, cooling, calibration and drawing. As binder is used aqueous solution of carbohydrate, with which the carbonic tows are impregnated. Heating semi-finished product is performed by direct transmission of electric current on the carbonic tows between draw plates and heated air is forced into the chamber. |
