The invention relates to rotary furnaces, in particular to methods for diagnostics of rotary furnaces, namely determination of position of support rollers. The method is in fact that on supports of rotary furnace one fixes alignment that is approximately parallel to designed axis of rotation of the furnace, over projection of gate one installs electronic tacheometer with directing it by alignment, one determines coordinates of points of surfaces in planes of horizontal diameters of those at side of furnace where tacheometer is installed, after that one installs electronic tacheometer at the other side of the furnace at line normal to designed projection of axis of rotation of furnace, with directing it by direction parallel to alignment, one determines coordinates of points of surfaces in planes of horizontal diameters of those at other side of the furnace, one determines diameters of rollers and arrangement of axes of those with respect to designed projection of axis of rotation of furnace. The invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurements due to use of only linear measurements with electronic tacheometer, and decreases labor consumption of diagnostics of rotary furnaces. |
