Method and device for determination of angle of natural slant of bulk materials can be used in particular in powder metallurgy, for testing metal powders. The method includes formation of cone of bulk material on horizontal support with cylindrical depression with diameter (d), measurement of height of formed cone (h) by three point method, and calculation of slant angle by formula: &phis; = arctg 2h/d. Device has support as disc with horizontal basic plane restricted in perimeter with collar, hollow cylinder without bottom installed vertically on support with possibility of its vertical displacement and reading unit equipped as well with two vertical standpipes connected with cross piece in the upper section, and in the lower section fixed on support ring, on cross piece block is installed; disc has cylindrical depression and outer collar with facet at outer side, there movable cylinder is installed, in its upper section link is placed, this is connected to block with cable. On then outer surface of cylinder one in front of another spring-supported bearing pairs are fixed, those touch vertical standpipes, and reading unit is arranged as two rulers of which at least one is made of transparent material, placed on support ring one in front of another, at least disc, cylinder and block are installed coaxially, at that diameter of disc of horizontal support corresponds to outer diameter of cylinder, angle of inclination of facets of the collar of disc corresponds to angle of inclination of facet at inner wall of the lower part of the cylinder, and diameter of depression on disc corresponds to inner diameter of movable cylinder. |
