An allograft for hernioplasty in the ventral hernia represents non-resorbable mesh fixed to the edges of the hernial defect of the anterior abdominal wall. 2-3 magnetic clips are attached to the edges of the allograft. The mesh is smoothed and displaced with the aid of the external magnet. |
