Disclosed is a resin composition containing zinc sulfide and having excellent weather resistance. Also disclosed is a resin molded article obtained by using such a resin composition. Specifically disclosed is a resin composition obtained by blending 0.1-20 parts by mass of zinc sulfide (A) and 0.01-20 parts by mass of a hindered amine compound (B) having a structure represented by the general formula (1) below, per 100 parts by mass of a resin. (In the formula, R's independently represent an alkyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms which may be substituted by a hydroxyl group, an acyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl group having 5-8 carbon atoms.)
