A filter unit panel having excellent withstand pressure is provided by improving a method for bonding a plurality of filter units each of which has a resin member as a frame body by welding. The filter unit panel is obtained by applying a molten bonding resin into a space (gap (15)) between a separated upper surface and/or a lower surface, in a state where the filter units are arranged with the outer circumference surfaces of the adjacent filter units (100a, 100b) partially brought into contact with each other and at least an upper surface (11) and/or the lower surface (12) partially separated from each other, and by solidifying the bonding resin. The bonding resin is, for instance, supplied from protruding sections (10a, 10b) of the frame body. In such welding method, bonding strength of the unit is increased and withstand pressure is improved.
