A multi-layer cooker is disclosed, which comprises triple layers for cooking and cooks food by an indirect heating source. The multi-layer cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a pan including a plurality of heat holes arranged around the center of a bottom of the pan, and a fuel jet wall formed on the bottom of the pan at a position outer than the heat holes, a grill removably mounted to an inside of the pan, including a plurality of heat holes arranged alternately with the heat holes of the pan, and a roasting pot removably mounted at an upper part of the grill. |
