<p>The invention relates to garment manufacture, in particular to decorative waist clothe elements which can be used for manufacturing teenage trousers and skirts. The aim of the invention is to update the decorative waist element of ladies' wear. Said invention makes it possible to extend functionalities by achieving the effect of the low-slung trouser or skirt and the additional heat protection of the human waist when the decorative element is closed. The inventive decorative waist clothe element is designed in the form of a stitched fallen shaped belt contrasting, in terms of the colour and finish, to the decorated clothe material. Said stitched fallen shaped belt is designed as to be rotatable. For this purpose, it is provided with a cut and a zip on the front side thereof and is sewed by the lower edge thereof between the hipline and the waistline. On the rear side, the belt is sewed in parallel to the hipline and, on the front side, it is sewed in a V-neck manner.</p> |
