<p>A metal handle of a cooking utensil includes a metal grip (7), a metal connection part (6), a square column (2) with an internal bolt hole which can be fixed to the utensil body (1), and a bolt (8) for connecting the metal connection part with the square column, all of which are disposed in sequence. At the fore end of the metal connection part is provided a cubic hollow chamber (61) in the form of a blind hole which is fitted with the square column. In the middle-lower portion of the metal connection part is provided a longitudinal groove (63). A space is formed between the fore end face of the groove and the rear end face of the cubic hollow chamber, and a through hole is disposed in the space, to be passed through for the bolt. The through hole and the internal bolt hole of the square column are disposed in a same axis. At the rear end of the metal connection part is provided a connection step (64), through which the metal connection part is welded to the fore end of the metal grip.</p> |
