The device has a toric shaped elastic joint (3) connecting a male unit (1) and a female unit (2). The joint is maintained in a housing or groove (23) that is projected from the male or female unit. The units are slid with respect to one another under an effect of applied separation force by fixation (5, 5') of the units to ends of the device. The male unit has a rod (10) provided with a conical portion that is situated at the front of a cylindrical bearing (13) serving as a sliding surface for the elastic joint.
