The invention relates to a step-up transmission for a wind turbine, consisting of: a rotary casing (h) solidly connected to the main shaft (S) or hub (s), having a crown wheel (G) attached coaxially and securely therein; a second blocked crown wheel (g) disposed coaxially inside the rotary casing (h); and a planet carrier (p) supporting sets of dual planetary gears (P1, P2), one of which (P1) meshes with the rotary crown wheel (G) while the other (P2) meshes with the blocked crown wheel (g). The output shaft (k) can be connected to the planet carrier (p) or to a sun gear (not shown) which is in turn meshed with one of the planets (P1, P2). Consequently high gear ratios can be obtained from a compact structure having a reduced number of components. |
