摘要 The process for repairing a thermomechanical component using a high energy beam such as an electron beam or laser beam, comprises replacing a damaged portion of the component with another portion such as an inlay connected on one side of a junction of the component using the high energy beam, and performing a heat treatment at the junction zone between the component and the entire thickness of the connected portion thus controlling the temperature of the material at the junction zone. The welding of the inlay is regulated according to a first set of parameters to form a welded assembly. The process for repairing a thermomechanical component using a high energy beam such as an electron beam or laser beam, comprises replacing a damaged portion of the component with another portion such as an inlay connected on one side of a junction of the component using the high energy beam, and performing a heat treatment at the junction zone between the component and the entire thickness of the connected portion thus controlling the temperature of the material at the junction zone. The welding of the inlay is regulated according to a first set of parameters to form a welded assembly along a welding cordon. The heat treatment of the junction zone is carried out by a second beam path according to a second set of parameters, where the second path of the electron beam is started from the end of the first path. The electron beam welding leads to microstructural changes of the component in a heat-affected area, and in the second path of the electron beam leads to a heat treatment of the heat-affected area. The inlay is larger than the portion to be replaced in the junction zone. A surplus material containing a part of the welding cordon is removed from the inlay after the heat treatment to reconstitute the portion to be replaced. The connected portion is formed on the component at the location of the junction side by refilling and melting a powder material. An independent claim is included for a thermomechanical component constituted of a blade.
