The ends of the heat generator (2) are each held in position by engaging a fixing section (5) with through-holes respectively formed in a first holding section (3a) and a second holding section (3a) which form a holder (3) for holding the ends of the heat generator (2). Even if the heat generator unit is subjected to heat stress, the heat generator unit can stably absorb the stress, diffuse the heat, and stably function.
