The device has an additional envelope (4) comprising a part (4b) with high ground adherence co-efficient and placed against ground (3) during deployment of the envelope, where the envelope is arranged on each of wheels of a motor vehicle. The envelope is deployed laterally with respect to the wheel and fixed on a tire (2) of the wheel. Strips are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the tire when the envelope is in deployed position.
