The system has a multi-sensory diffusion device (1) with control units for respectively controlling perfume, light and multimedia content diffusion devices (2, 3, 4). The device (1) is connected to a local server (6) that is connected to a central server (9). The central server has a processing unit for processing the information, and a programming unit for programming the local server. The central server allows a client (12) to manage a telecommunication network (11) e.g. public internet, in terms of multi-sensory ambience by a management device (10) e.g. microcomputer. An independent claim is also included for a method for managing multi-sensory profiles of clients.
