<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waiting time and an overhead in a communication system and to improve communication performance. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a video source, a video encoder for encoding and compressing video data transmitted by the video source, and a network interface controller for transmitting the compressed video data. The system includes a second network interface controller for receiving the compressed video data from a network, a video decoder for decoding the video data received by the second network interface controller, and an image processor for processing and/or displaying the video data decoded from the video decoder. The network controller is constituted so as to transmit and receive data in a continuous data stream which is synchronized with a clock signal and in a format which prescribes a pulse sequence of individual bit groups among which at least one is used for the video data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
