<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of color filter by which defective glass substrates are recovered by performing the quality determination of the glass substrates staying on the line upstream of the device in a manufacturing line when a time required for treatment becomes longer than a prescribed required time. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of color filter for liquid crystal display device comprises: a step (1) of dividing the manufacturing line to a plurality of zones Z in order to monitor a required time of the glass substrate in the manufacturing line 20; a step (2) of setting an allowable time within which the glass substrate does not become defective even when the glass substrate stays in a zone; a step (3) of performing such instruction as to change sampling inspection into total inspection when the required time of the glass substrate every zone monitored by a line controller S excels the allowable time; and a step (4) of performing normal/defective decision by performing the total inspection of the glass substrates staying in the zone with an inspection device K, and recovering the glass substrate which becomes defective due to the staying, with a carrying-out device ULD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
