<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently continue to mount electronic components without lowering mounting capability even if a portion of a vacuum suction means such as a vacuum pump enters a stop state or capability lowered state. <P>SOLUTION: If the vacuum pump 91a gets out of order to enter the stop state or capability lowered state, a suction source switching mechanism 10 switches an air circuit to change connection destinations of head units 8a and 8b connected to the vacuum pump 91a to a vacuum pump 91b which continues to operate normally, thereby continuously mounting an electronic components by head units 8a to 8d even during a repair of the vacuum pump 91a. Further, when the mounting is thus carried out, a nozzle type in use is limited and then vacuum suction force applied to each nozzle 81 is always higher than necessary vacuum pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
