PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a fine control useful for a user cannot be executed, by determining whether the reception level of transmitted/received electric waves is higher than a threshold, and by only restricting the functions, when there is a large distance between an information terminal device and a radio communication device. SOLUTION: When a determined value is equal to or smaller than a prescribed value (threshold 42) in step S504, the operation of an information terminal device 100 is set to a sleep mode (step S505). When the determined value is greater than the prescribed value (threshold 42) in step S504, a message, for example, "the user is moving away" that informs that the user is moving away from the information terminal device 100, is displayed on a display part 101 of the information terminal device 100; and then the operation of the information terminal device 100 is set to sleep mode (step S506).
