PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment which can be made thin while supplying electric power to electronic components with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A circuit board 10 and a module are disposed not one over the other along the thickness of the portable terminal 100, wherein a tab 11 is disposed at the circuit board 10 nearby an end of the circuit board 10 and a leaf spring 12 is disposed at the module. The tab 11 comprises a fixed end 111 fixed to the circuit board 10 by soldering etc., and a free end 112 which is bent to float over the circuit board 10, passes through a bridge portion 113 protruding from the circuit board and also bent again to the same height with the circuit board 10, the center of gravity of the tab 11 is rather on the side of the fixed end 111.
