<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform, only when a physical block in which data which is hardly rewritten exists, control of wear levelling including the physical block. <P>SOLUTION: When an address translation table is updated, the address translation table after update is saved in the physical block (table saving block). When allocation of a new table saving block is performed, a last count value in agreement with the count value stored in the table saving block whose free space is lost is updated, and the latest count value which is a count value after update is newly written in the table saving block. The information of number of version is decided based on the latest count value, and the information of number of version is written in a physical block to which a logical block is newly assigned. Whether data stored in the physical block is transmitted to another physical block is judged based on the information of the number of version written in the physical block. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
