<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel container obtained by the use of a composite member comprising a combination of a sheet-shaped material formed using an internal organ of an animal, a fish skin or an internal organ of the fish and a biodegradable resin. <P>SOLUTION: The container is manufactured by at least partially using the composite member having a biodegradable resin coating on one of surfaces of a sheet-shaped material obtained by flat-rolling the internal organ or skin of the animal or fish. The sheet-shaped material includes the biodegradable resin on both surfaces. The resin is a polylactic acid, polyglycol, or a lactic acid-glycol acid copolymer. A manufacturing method of the container includes steps of flat-rolling the internal organ or skin of the animal or fish and then coating at least one of surfaces of the obtained sheet-shaped material with the biodegradable resin.
