PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric telescopic arrangement adjusting type steering device that can reduce a fixing operation of a stroke stopper and can simply assemble an electric actuator. SOLUTION: The electric telescopic arrangement adjusting type steering device comprises: a rod connecting part 57 fixed to an inner column 12a; a telescopic rod 58 connected between an actuator housing 51 fixed to an outer column 12a and the rod connecting part and arranged in parallel on an axis different from an axis of a steering column 12; a stroke stopper 60 connected integrally to an end part of the telescopic rod protruding from the actuator housing so as to separate from the rod connecting part; a maximum stroke regulating member 51 on which the stroke stopper abutts to regulate the stroke of the telescopic rod when the telescopic rod strokes to its maximum stroke position; and a minimum stroke regulating member 61 on which the stroke stopper abutts to regulate the stroke of the telescopic rod when the telescopic rod strokes to its minimum stroke position.
