PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution apparatus which is lightweight while providing both attachment devices for a pole attachment member and an arm metal attaching member. SOLUTION: A switch 1 as the power distribution apparatus is provided with: an arm metal attaching member 2 attached on an upper surface 1b of the switch 1 body and hangable on an arm metal on an electric pole; and a pole attachment member 7 attached on a back surface 1c of the switch 1 body , as a surface of an electric pole side when attached on the electric pole, and attachable on the electric pole 14. The switch 1 has a structure in which a back surface end portion of the switch 1 of the arm metal attaching member 2 is coupled to an upper end portion of the switch 1 of the pole attachment member 7. With this configuration, when the switch 1 is attached on an electric pole, the switch 1 can be supported at two portions, i.e. the back surface and the upper surface of the switch 1.
