PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for enabling communication by a destination partner even if the destination partner does not know a standby telephone's number. SOLUTION: A partner is notified of a recoding destination number so that the destination partner can input the recording destination number and perform message recording in a message server. After reproducing the message recorded, a reply is recorded, or it gets ready to be able to connect with a destination cellular phone.
