PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution device for a liquid chemical excellent in liquid remaining characteristics. SOLUTION: A container 10 being a pale can for the liquid chemical is equipped with a cylindrical inside container 1 formed of a chemical-resistant synthetic resin and an outside container 2 formed of a metal constituting an external shell of the inside container 1. The inside container 1 has a mouth 11 opening so as to pour the liquid chemical. A dispenser 40 is equipped with a plug body 41, a venting means 42 and a liquid discharging pipe 43. The plug body 41 is clamped so as to be sealable on the mouth part 11. The venting means 42 has an opening 42b penetrating the plug body 41 to make a compressed fluid pass into the container 1. In the liquid discharging pipe 43, one end thereof is extended toward the inside container 1, and the other end is projected from the plug body 41 and mounted so as to be sealable to the plug body 41. The liquid discharging pipe 43 has a terminal opening 43a bent at its middle of one end and reaching the end edge of the bottom face of the inside container 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
