PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange and mount a surface skin material at a resin core material normally prescribed position by suppressing dispersion of a set position of the surface skin material in relation to a resin core material when the resin core material is covered with the surface skin material. SOLUTION: This sun visor is constituted of the resin core material 4 formed into a hollow shape by joining and locking a pair of half-shell bodies 4-1 and 4-2 in closed states and the surface skin material 5 for covering the resin core material 4. When the surface skin material 5 is mounted on the resin core material 4 by inserting each insertion terminal part 5a-1 and 5b-1 of surface skin material components 5a and 5b constituting the surface skin material 5 in overlapped states into an insertion groove 6 formed in a joining portion of both of the half-shell bodies 4-1 and 4-2, the insertion terminal parts 5a-1 and 5b-1 are inserted and mounted in the insertion groove 6 in states of rear surface sides of the surface skin material components 5a and 5b adhered to the vicinity around the insertion groove 6 in both of the half-shell bodies 4-1 and 4-2.
