PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass lining made multitubular heat exchanger with superior reliability capable of preventing peeling of glass linings 21, 24 by preventing stress generation due to freezing of a remaining heating medium without leaving a heating medium in a gap 23 caused between an inner circumference wall of a hole part 19 and an outer circumference wall of a heat transfer tube 20. SOLUTION: The glass lining made multitubular heat exchanger is provided with tube plates 18 formed with a plurality of hole parts 19, the heat transfer tube 20 inserted into the hole parts 19, with ends fixed to a surface side of the tube plate 18, and the glass lining 24 applied to surfaces of the tube plates 18. It is provided with sealing part 2 formed by hardening a sealing material introduced into the gaps between the inner circumference walls of the hole parts 19 and the outer circumference walls of the heat transfer tubes 20.
