PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-water mixing valve including a valve casing 10 and a cylindrical valve element 11 rotatably installed in the valve casing, opened at one end in the axial direction and having an introduction port 12 formed in its peripheral wall, the valve casing being provided with a pair of first and second inlet ports 15, 16 opposing each other in the radial direction of the valve element with the valve element interposed therebetween and an outlet port communicating with one axial end of the valve element, wherein a mixing ratio of water introduced from the first inlet port and water introduced from the second inlet port is changed linearly according to the rotational angle of the valve element and an increase in size of the valve can be prevented. SOLUTION: A baffle plate 18 extending in the axial direction of the valve element 11 is arranged in the valve element 11 in such a manner that gaps 18a are defined between both side edge of the baffle plate 18 in the width direction thereof and an inner peripheral wall surface of the peripheral wall of the valve element 11.
