PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant which has a balanced deodorant effect against various bad smells such as of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and ammonia using a single liquid, and a textile product treated with the deodorant to be deodorized. SOLUTION: The deodorant includes (a) hydroxylamine sulfate, [(b) zinc oxide and (c) hydrotalcite] and/or (d) smectite, and (e) water, and further preferably includes aluminium tripolyphosphate.
