<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt for an image forming apparatus that prevents the occurrence of irregularities in an image and a transporting failure of a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The endless belt for the image forming apparatus includes a belt body, a projecting member arranged along a side edge on at least one axial side of the belt body and having conductivity and furthermore preferably an adhering section for adhering the belt body and the projecting member.
