<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the lubrication performance of a change gear. <P>SOLUTION: The change gear 1 includes a differential gear G18, a seventh main gear G17 engaged with the differential gear G18, and a case 2. The case 2 includes a second case body 29a and an induction plate 22 arranged in the second case body 29a. The induction plate 22 leads lubricating oil scattered by the rotation of the differential gear G18 to an oil-supply effective region L including an engaging region E. The induction plate 22 includes a reflection part 22a which can reflect the scattered lubricating oil toward the oil-supply effective region L, and an induction part 22b which collects the scattered lubrication oil and leads it to the oil-supply effective region L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
