<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation stopping function of a pinion shaft by a simple mounting structure in which mounting can be easily performed and a function for guiding introduction of lubricating oil to the pinion shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The pinion shaft 10 is inserted in a prescribed pinion shaft bearing hole of a carrier 9 until a flange part 10a of the pinion shaft 10 abuts on an insertion side end face of the prescribed pinion shaft bearing hole. Thereafter, a plate 14 is disposed on an outer surface 10a<SB>1</SB>of the flange part 10a of the pinion shaft 10. Upon this disposition, a notch part 14a of the plate 14 is made to engage with a plane part 16b of a projection part 16 of the pinion shaft 10, and a truncated cone tip end face side of the plate 14 where an inner peripheral hole 14d is formed is made to project with respect to the outer surface 10a<SB>1</SB>of the pinion shaft 10.
