<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a positive planographic printing plate material for providing high productivity without producing scratches in an image forming layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a positive planographic printing plate includes steps of applying and drying an image forming layer on an aluminum support in a roll state and having a roughened surface, cutting the support into sheets and stacking, and is characterized in that: a slip sheet is placed between the planographic printing plate materials cut into sheets; the coefficient of static friction (μ1) between the surface of the slip sheet and the image forming layer of the planographic printing plate material is higher by 0.05 to 0.3 than the coefficient of dynamic friction (μ2) between the back surface of the slip sheet and the back face of the aluminum support of the plate material; and the planographic printing plate materials (cut into sheets with a slip sheet placed between the plate materials) are mounted on an inclined mount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
